PEARCE ADDED TO ALREADY STRONG PROMETHEUS CAST

The Playlist has confirmed that Guy Pearce has joined the cast of Prometheus, Ridley Scott’s hush-hush-world-set (or not?) sci-fi epic, co-written by LOST‘s Damon Lindelof.  Pearce joins Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Idris Elba, and Charlize Theron, amongst others.

My take: I might be on the outs with the bombastic Scott, but I’m 100% infatuated with this worldly cast of indie-dwelling young stars.  All they need do is add Samantha Morton and I’ll be set.
