TRAILER TITILLATION: BRAVE

Although it made a decent chunk of money over the weekend Cars 2 is widely considered to be Pixar’s first “bad” movie, a misguided cash grab that looked pretty but lacked the heart and emotional resonance of their other works. Before the movie even started though, moviegoers were treated to a tiny sneak peak at their next film. Titled Brave, there are no real plot details to be found and it isn’t substantial enough to really reveal anything. But I’d be lying if I said it didn’t pique my interest, which a good teaser should. Brave hits theaters June 22, 2012 so expect more substantial information between then. For now though, I can say this: that grizzly is sure going to give kids nightbears. Ha, see what I did there? NightBEARS? Sigh, I’ll see myself out.
