FORD, OLDMAN, HEMSWORTH, AND HOLLOWAY ON THE SET OF PARANOIA

An all-star cast, including Harrison Ford, Gary Oldman, and the young Liam Hemsworth (Little Thor, as I like to call him) has invaded Philadelphia to film the upcoming Paranoia for director Robert Luketic (21, Legally Blonde). A couple pictures of the guys (also Josh Holloway, Sawyer from “Lost”) have hit the internet and you can see them below…

The plot summary is as follows:

Adam Cassidy (Hemsworth) is a regular guy trying to get ahead in his entry-level job at Wyatt Corporation. But after one costly mistake, Adam’s ruthless CEO, Nicholas Wyatt (Oldman), forces him to spy on corporate rival, Jock Goddard (Ford), Wyatt’s old mentor. Adam soon finds himself occupying the corner office and living the life he only dreamed of. However, behind the scenes, he is simply a pawn in Wyatt’s corporate game and realizes he must ultimately find a way out from under his boss who will stop at nothing, even murder, to win a multi-billion dollar advantage.

Four thoughts from these pictures:

1) Indy looks old, and those goofy glasses to make him look younger (I guess – I can’t see any other reason why he’d wear glasses like that) do not help.

2) Oldman is a beast. Straight up. Love that guy.

3) I’m really interested to see what Little Thor does – his stint in Expendables 2 aside, I’d like to see him break into the drama arena since his big bro seems to have that whole action market cornered for the Hemsworth family.

4) So awesome to see Holloway with a badge on. Makes me wish he’d get more roles like this instead of a lead role in something like this…

Paranoia doesn’t hit theaters until next September, but my interest is certainly peaked. What about you?
