Today is an exciting day for action fans. Not only does The Expendables 2 hit theaters, but hopefully it sparks a revival of the action career of one Arnold Schwarzeneggar. And I think we are not alone in those hopes. I believe that Arnold is very much hoping to regain his former glory this weekend.

This looks like a great time at the movies. Arnold being Arnold (just old, which is fine – like Dylan said yesterday on Twitter, it’s good to see him not deny his age, but accept it and roll with it), Johnny Knoxville being weird, Peter Stormare being evil, car chases, explosions, and a Mexican border standoff.
Count me in.

Yeah, I’m excited for this, if only because Kim is an excellent director with a really solid track record. I think Arnold is the variable, here, but if he’s used right then The Last Stand could turn out tobe a good project for him and a great one for Kim.
Anyone else getting echoes of The Weird from Knoxville’s character?
I would make jokes but this looks super rad.
