MILFCAST (AKA: THE MAN, I LOVE FILMS PODCAST) – 2012 MILFY AWARDS

by

IT’S TIME FOR THE 2ND ANNUAL MILFY AWARDS!!!

Everybody loves awards season but not everyone knows that awards season kicks off right here with the annual MILFy awards. The only awards show where we make up the awards that celebrate the most ridiculous things to happen to cinema this year. I rounded up the same rag-tag group as last year which includes my co-host Heather Baxendale, MILF co-founder Dylan Fields and Man, I Love Funny writers Mark McDowell and George Bell. Tune in as we honor some of the greatest films of the year like Expendables 2 and Red Dawn.

Enjoy and stay tuned in two weeks when we return with our Tournament of Champions!!!

  • Kathryn Hepburn/hankerchief-Bane was incredible. So spot on. Funny how fired up you guys get at the mention of JoGo and Nic Cage. I have an award for ya:

The Soothing Indian Accent Award goes to Life of Pi, and that smooth-voiced Indian narrator. I wish my life was narrated by that guy.

    • Doesn’t everyone get fired up at the mention of Nic Cage?

Haven’t seen Life of Pi yet, but I agree with you in principle.

    • I haven’t seen Pi yet, either, but from what I know, it’s Irrfan Khan (sp). I love that guy. I’m long referred to him as my “Surrogate Indian father if I didn’t already have a father.”

  • Just gave it a listen…..another great job by all folks!
